The rotary vibrating Sifter, also known as the three-dimensional vibrating sifter and filtering machine, is a general-purpose vibrating sifter and filtering equipment. It has good applications in powder, small granular and liquid materials. This equipment has low noise and high efficiency, and quick sifter change takes 3-5 minutes. With a fully enclosed structure, it is suitable for the sifter and filtration of granular, powder, viscous and other materials. The rotary vibrating sifter has the advantages of long material movement trajectory and high sifter surface utilization rate. The rotary vibrating sifter uses a vertical vibration motor as the vibration source. Through the eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor, the rotational motion is converted into three-dimensional motions (horizontal, vertical and inclined) and transmitted to the sifter surface of the rotary vibrating sifter. Materials enter the equipment through the feed inlet. According to the sifter requirements of different materials, the materials pass through the sifter layer of the sifter mesh. In this process, the sifter cleaning device (bouncing ball) under the sifter mesh continuously hits the sifter mesh, allowing the materials on the upper layer of the sifter mesh to pass through the sifter smoothly for sifter, and effectively solving the problem of material blocking the sifter. The oversize materials and under size materials are discharged from different discharge outlets respectively, so as to achieve the purpose of sifter and impurity removal or filtration and classification.
