Rotary vibrating Sifter is a sifter equipment integrating impurity removal, classification and filtration. It is mainly used for processing powder, granular and liquid materials. It adopts a vertical vibration motor as the vibration source, and the materials perform three-dimensional movements (horizontal, vertical and inclined) on the sifter surface, with high sifter precision.Rotary vibrating sifters are available in three materials: carbon steel, stainless steel and plastic. In addition, 1-5 layers of sifter mesh design can be selected for the rotary vibrating sifter according to the sifter purpose. According to the requirements of sifter process, the rotary vibrating sifter can adopt direct discharge type, flanged type, gate type and other designs to meet the sifter requirements of more industries.Rotary vibrating sifter models include those with diameters of 400mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm and 1800mm. The rotary vibrating Sifter, also known as the three-dimensional vibrating sifter and filtering machine, is a general-purpose vibrating sifter and filtering equipment. It has good applications in powder, small granular and liquid materials. This equipment has low noise and high efficiency, and quick sifter change takes 3-5 minutes. With a fully enclosed structure, it is suitable for the sifter and filtration of granular, powder, viscous and other materials. The rotary vibrating sifter has the advantages of long material movement trajectory and high sifter surface utilization rate. Adjusting the phase angle of the weights at the upper and lower ends can change the movement trajectory of materials on the sifter surface; it can perform fine sifter, probability sifter and other operations on materials.

Detailed Display of Rotary Vibrating sifter:

  • The rotary vibrating sifter is mainly composed of a feed inlet, dust cover, discharge outlet, clamping ring, sifter mesh, counterweight block, upper weight, vibrating body, vibration motor, spring, lower weight, machine base and other parts.
  • Dust cover: Prevents materials from spreading outward and also prevents external dust from entering to contaminate the sifted materials.
  • Clamping ring: Used to fix the sifter frame part in the middle of the sifter body.Upper weight and lower weight: Changing the phase angle of the upper and lower weights on the vibration motor can change the movement trajectory and residence time of materials on the sifter mesh.
  • Spring: Reduces vibration and isolates noise.
  • Machine base: Supports the entire vibrating sifter and maintains its stable operation.

Three Major Functions of Rotary Vibrating sifter:

Classification: Can accurately divide powder and granular materials into 2-5 grades, with a classification accuracy of over 95%.

Impurity removal: Filters out agglomerated or unqualified materials from the materials, with an accuracy of over 98%.

Filtration: Removes particles or foreign matters from liquid materials, with a filtration capacity of up to 5 tons per hour.

Working Principle of Rotary Vibrating sifter:

The rotary vibrating sifter uses a vertical vibration motor as the vibration source. Through the eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor, the rotational motion is converted into three-dimensional motions (horizontal, vertical and inclined) and transmitted to the sifter surface of the rotary vibrating sifter. Materials enter the equipment through the feed inlet. According to the sifter requirements of different materials, the materials pass through the sifter layer of the sifter mesh. In this process, the sifter cleaning device (bouncing ball) under the sifter mesh continuously hits the sifter mesh, allowing the materials on the upper layer of the sifter mesh to pass through the sifter smoothly for sifter, and effectively solving the problem of material blocking the sifter. The oversize materials and under size materials are discharged from different discharge outlets respectively, so as to achieve the purpose of sifter and impurity removal or filtration and classification.

Maintenance:

  • Before starting the rotary vibrating sifter, check whether the coarse sifter and fine sifter are damaged and whether each set of clamping rings is locked.
  • The rotary vibrating sifter should be equipped with electrical protection devices.
  • In the initial operation period of the rotary vibrating sifter, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.
  • When starting the rotary vibrating sifter, pay attention to whether there is abnormal noise, whether the current is stable and whether the vibration is abnormal.
  • For the rotary vibrating sifter, check whether the spring components are loose; if they are loose, use a wrench to tighten them to achieve a better sifter effect.
  • For materials with many flaky particles, it is necessary to change the material crushing method and the particle size matching of different crushing process flows.
  • Every certain period of time, an oil cup should be used to replenish the special lithium-based lubricating grease for the machine, ensuring that the machine is well lubricated and operates smoothly.
  • Check whether the bearings are seriously damaged every half a month or so of machine operation; if they are, replace them in time.
  • After using the rotary vibrating sifter: Clean it up immediately after each use.
